with php 5.1.4, when clicking on the MapBrowser link, the page is loaded with
some junk:

...
rray(), DB_STYLE => array(), DB_THEME => array(), DB_ALIAS => array(), DB_LAYER
=> array(), DB_FIELD => array(), DB_CAPABILITIES => array(), DB_BBOX => array()); ?>
...

and this error:
