[maplab-users] Sample config files

For the record, Bryan solved his problem by upgrading from the stock PHP 
  that comes with RedHat to PHP 4.2.2.  The problem relates to a bug in 
earlier versions of PHP that don't correctly register session variables 
in the $_SESSION super-global.
