[maplab-users] Undefined Variables?

I just installed PHP4, maplab-2.0rc2, and Mapserver 3.6.1 on Win2000 and
IIS5.0.  I belive I followed all instructions exactly.  Problem is that when
I start MapEdit: I get these errors:
