[maplab-users] Scalebar and reference question

Are the scalebar and reference images created as PNG files by MapLab as a
default?  I have changed all the permissions I can think of finding to try
and create GIFS for a demo I have to give  The main map is being created as
a GIF, but the scalebar and reference images are still being created as PNG
files.
