Meron,

GMapFactory uses Legend Templates to create the legend.  When an 
application is made, the legend templates are copied into the project. 
The folder is called templates.

You can modify the master template so that you legends always show 
classes, or you can modify the application template.

In theory adding a [leg_class] block to the legend template should do 
the trick.
