[maplab-users] having problem install mapserver

HI all

Please help me I am new to this.

in the instruction install mapserver it say=20

i am using window 2000 i don't see cgi-bin neither script ( i use the =
installpack php to make it work with IIS)

and another question is how can I fine the extension

php_dbase.dll
php_gd.dll
