[maplab-users] New Maplab WIKI page

Hi all,

We added a new WIKI page for Maplab applications suite. At this momment, 
there's not much info in it. Our team here will work on that. But as you 
probably already know, you can contribute to this WIKI content. Feel free to 
put your contribution in it.
