Good point.  We started one at the beginning of the MapLab project
(called CHANGELOG) but there are two little problems with it:
- it seems that it hasn't been updated since May
- it's not included in the source distribution by default... duh!

We're crazy busy this week, but we'll keep a note about this and try to
update/include it in future releases.
