Hi,

GMapFactory was designed to create applications with the simplest 
interfaces possible, and as a result there are no options for putting 
elements in frames, iframes, or DHTML layers.  If you want scroll bars 
on your legend, then as JF suggests you could try and get your layers 
into an iframe, or set up a frameset for your application, or experiment 
with DHTML.  That means however that you will have to do some coding...
