[maplab-users] File load error message

I just had my computer upgraded from Windows NT to Windows 2000.  I've
reinstalled MapLab and started testing things out.  MapLab opened fine, but
when I tried to Open an existing Mapfile or start to create a New Mapfile a
new window opened containing the simple error message "The parameter is
incorrect".  Has anyone had this error or know what would cause it?
