[maplab-users] warning open temp

I have installed Apache 1.3.19, PHP 4.2.1 and Windows and when to execute 
file /htdocs/index.phtml appear the following messages

Warning: open(/tmp\sess_3e2496ce0909b, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or 
directory (2) in c:\foxserv\www\maplab-2.0rc3\htdocs\index.phtml on line 52

Warning: open(/tmp\sess_3e2496ce0909b, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or 
directory (2) in c:\foxserv\www\maplab-2.0rc3\htdocs\index.phtml on line 73

Warning: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the 
current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in 
c:\foxserv\www\maplab-2.0rc3\htdocs\index.phtml on line 73

when reviewing the file php, these errors make referncia when opening and 
close the session respectively.

as it can be the problem??
