Hi Sacha,
I just found the solution!
All the PC I'm using have active firewall software (ZoneAlarm or Symantec)
that don't allow the query operation.
Disabling the firewall, applications work fine (included the address
http://www.so.ch/de/pub/departemente/bjd/gis/mapserver.htm
previously mentioned).
