Matt, this is odd. Rosa is distributed as a jar file in the mapedit directory in a Rosa subdirectory. Does Rosa work for you at all? What browser are you using? java plugin? As for the color picker, we'll check that also. Its not a bean so I don't know what the problem is. Perhaps browser/plugin version will help here too.
