[maplab-users] Invalid file name

Rene,

the only thing that looks even slightly amiss is the file_browser_root 
doesn't have c: at the beginning, but I doubt that is a problem.

My first guess is permissions but you indicated that you checked them. 
Can you ensure that the tutorial map file is readable by the user that 
IIS runs as.
