[maplab-users] A note concerning projections on windows platforms

Using mapserver 4.0 and maplab 2.1RC1 on WinXP pro.

The tutorial was driving me nuts trying to get the Projection added to the
map, I was constantly getting errors:

Warning: MapServer Error in msProcessProjection(): no system list, errno: 2
in C:\maplab-2.1-RC1\htdocs\common\wrapper\map_session.php on line 215

As it turns out, I needed to install the epsg file in a directory named
c:/proj/nad not c:/proj.
