[maplab-users] Docbook version of the tutorial

David, as far as I know, there is no docbook version of the maplab 
tutorial yet, although we may produce one this fall since we are 
converting our internal documentation to use docbook.  There is no 
official French version of the tutorial, although one user contributed a 
French version which can be found at:
