[maplab-users] Message size limit changed

Hi everyone,

In order to protect our lists from the W32.Novarg.A@m email worm, I have 
reduced the size of messages that can be posted to this list to 25kb, 
which is just below the 30kb size of emails containing this virus.

Note that long email thread replies, emails with attachments, or even 
HTML emails can easily exceed this 25kb size, if this happens then your 
message will be held for moderation.
