[maplab-users] Map file and Hypertext Links

Hello,
I am newbie with mapserver, and I would like that
point of cities have a hypertext links to a web page
which have photo.
By example, when I select the city "Paris", I would be
redirected to a web page which contain the photos of
the city, howerver, I don't know how to make to manage
hypext links with a mapfile.
