[maplab-users] MapEdit - Add Layer Problem

Can the people who are seeing this problem please identify what
version of MS4W they are using? Are there any non-Windows
installations of maplab 2.2 that suffer from this bug? I'm trying to
work out what is going wrong but I'm not affected by it locally.
