[maplab-users] using multiple tif for a full map

hello,

It sounds like you might need the 'gdaltindex' utility 
(http://gdal.maptools.org/gdal_utilities.html) to create an index file 
for your tifs.  These utilities are included in the FWTools package 
(http://fwtools.maptools.org/).

If you have problems, search the archives of the MapServer list 
(http://lists.umn.edu/archives/mapserver-users.html) or the GDAL list 
(http://lists.maptools.org/mailman/listinfo/gdal-dev/)...or send a 
message to one of those lists.
