Hello,

I know that you can do an OGR CONNECTION to display data through MySQL 
(http://www.mail-archive.com/mapserver-users@lists.umn.edu/msg06621.html). 
  However, you will find more users and people willing to help on the 
main MapServer mailing list, so I suggest you also try there.
