[maplab-users] Newbie question...

Hello all,
 
I just installed ms4w in a WinXP environment, and followed the tutorial given in order to build a map.

Unfortunately, a "zoom/in -  zoom-out" problem appears. You can check this out: Every time you zoom in an area of the map, the map zooms out....
 
What could be the problem?
Is it something that has to do with the extent?
 
I give you the raw map fie, and I would very much appreciate it if you could help me, in my first steps in the GIS map development!
 
P.S All I have installed is just the ms4w package,  and tried to construct the map file with the help of mapedit....
