<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I'm trying to get Maplab working for the first time. After having</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">installed it (and all the other relevant software) I access the</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">index.phtml file and try to open a file but I get the error message;</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Yet I can open mapedit directly by using;</FONT>
