[Mapserver-ottawa] List moved to OSGeo

After a good meeting on July 20th with the Ottawa GRASS users group, we 
are going ahead with creating an Ottawa Chapter of the Open Source 
Geospatial Foundation.

I have moved all regular and digest subscribers of the OMSUG list over 
to the new Ottawa OSGeo mailing list (send messages to 
users at ottawa.osgeo.org).  If for some reason you don't want to be 
included please let me know and I will remove you.
