MapServer 3.6.1 including all necessary libraries (libpng, libjpg, gd, etc)

at my very first steps I tried it with Python 2.2 and got terrible errors... 
:-)

I've read the README , but it contains not very much information :)


I'll try it with -DENABLE_STDERR_DEBUG and  msDebug and hope to find out
more about the errors with the C-libs.
