Um, no. You'd have to create a second shapefile for the linear
relationships and then display
the points over the top of that.

Is there a way to link the points of a  point shape file with lines.
The shape has information for every point, so a line shape is not
applicable.
I want the line draw, plus a label for each point with some attribute.
