[Mapserver-users] compile problem with 3.6.3 and php 4.2.2

Check that you don't have a /usr/local/lib/libmap.a, and if you do then
delete it and recompile your MapScript.

Also, don't use 'make install' in the MapServer directory any more.  One
day I'll get to that and disable the 'make install' in the MapServer
Makefile.
