[Mapserver-users] mapparser.h in v3.7

[Leo Goehrs]

There is no mapparser.h on the CVS, it should be built whit flex and
bison on Windows and lex and yacc under unix.

Under unix, it seems that is is automatic, but I didn't try.
Under windows, it must be done by hand, but it is easy, just have a look
in the Makefile (not Makefile.vc) end find the lines where is compile
mapparser.

Lex == flex
Yacc == bison

I did it and it worked.
