[mapserver-users] MS_ERRORFILE on Windows machine

I know on Windows 2000 to set environment variables, you can go under

Start --> settings --> control panel --> System --> Advanced Tab and click
the button 
"Environment Variables" -  you'll probably want to set it for "System
Variables"


I forget whether it is the same on NT 4 - don't have one handy at the
moment.
