How can we send parameters to the map file in execution time? For example 
if a user  wants to add a new layer dinamically.

We saw that when we do queries mapserver indicates us the  coordinates of 
the points where we did clicks over the active layer.

We need to know where can we find the function or procedure that allows us 
manage the coordinates.
