[mapserver-users] mapserver - ECW for Solaris

Hi all,

Does anybody know of an interface between mapserver and ECW that will run on
Sun Solaris (unix)?

I know of GDAL, but it only supports ECW under windows.  Now that ER Mapper
has released the SDK for Solaris
(http://www.ermapper.com/cgi-bin/products/index2.cfm?prodid=185), does
anyone have plans to write an interface to mapserver using this SDK?

I'm contemplating getting a contract programmer to write this for me, but
wanted to save the trouble if it's already being done.
