[mapserver-users] Display contour map on Mapsever

You'd need to use some 3rd party application (ANUDEM, Grass or whatever)
to create dynamic data. MapServer does not have that capability at the
moment. It would be possible to use MapScript, or possibly even the CGI
version to reference data created on the fly.
