[mapserver-users] Displaying raster images

I have got images with an extent of 28 km. The pixel size of the images is
11200 x 11200.

I know with mapserver I can display images with an extent of 1 km and a
pixel size of 1000 x 1000.

But how can I display images where the extent and the pixel size do not
match? I always get an empty screen when I try it.

And how do I get a correct scale bar if the extent and the pixel size do not
match? Allowed UNITS are either kilometers or meters but not 28 km.
