[mapserver-users] creating Index File

Reddy,

I'm written an ArcView extension called ShapeTiler that creates an index
shapefile based on selected themes in a view.  You can get it at
http://www.erlandsen.com .  There is a link on the left to 'Free GIS', where
you'll see a number of downloadable extensions and scripts, one of which is
ShapeTiler.
