[mapserver-users] MapServer 3.6 release

Hi,

Some of you may have noticed it already: Steve posted the MapServer 3.6
release on the MapServer website (http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/) last
week.

The site has also been updated with a set of win32 binaries, and you'll
also notice that Steve and Jamie have rearranged the documentation page
to maintain copies of the docs by MapServer release... a welcome change
for those that are still using 3.5 or earlier releases.

Please see the file HISTORY.TXT in the source release for the list of
changes since 3.5.  You can also view a copy online at
 http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/mapserver/dl/mapserver-3.6.0-HISTORY.txt
