There are some great examples here regarding line labeling and label
rotation. You might experiment with these.

Happy Friday List,
    Thanks to all the helpful responses to my last email, I'm up and
running. I'm now trying to tweak everything up and can't seem to find the
correct command to have annotations place themselves along the street
centerlines. Is there other commands to go with ANGLE besides auto that
might do the trick?
