[mapserver-users] please help ms-3.5 on WinXp

I think they are supposed to go in system32 folder  (I think system is =
for
16 bit dlls). =20
C:\Windows doesn't sound right - unless you have a non-standard =
install.
It's usually c:\winnt\system32
=20
Haven't tried it on XP but that works on Windows 2000.
