[mapserver-users] blank template

Hi all,
I'm using MapServer 3.4 on a Windows 2000 Server system with the IIS
installed. Sometimes the MapServer response is an empty HTML page, that is
<html>
</html>
The only solution to the problem that I know is to restart the computer.
Anyway, it seems that no error occurs neither in Windows nor in the Web
Server.
Does anyone have an idea about the cause of this problem?
