[mapserver-users] Nationalatlas Shapefile Projection

It's not projected.  Most of the National Atlas shapefiles are in
decimal degrees, including the States outline (statesp020) you seem to
be using.

Do anyone have an idea what projection is National atlas Shapefile is ? 
It looks flat and bit compressed vertically. I have attached the image 
generated by mapserver, someone please have a look and let me know how I

can correct it.
