[mapserver-users] Piechart Symbols

Hello,

I'm wanting to plot point data using dynamically generated pie charts as the symbol. 
Producing the pie charts as individual gif/png etc. image files is no problem. However, how 
do I integrate them into mapserver (I'm using PHP mapscript)? I was thinking of something 
along the lines of overwriting a symbol's pixmap image for each point as I plot it from the 
database. Or is this image read only once during layer creation?
