thanks it works
my problem now is to use the porjection with my map. It works well with =
IIS using the PROJ_LIB environnement variable but don't work with apache =
which don't care about the window environnement variable

I think you are trying to configure PHP as a SAPI module, instead of a =
CGI module. Drop the LoadModule and Addmodule and try:
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"
