FYI there is also a mirror of mapserver-users on Yahoo groups:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mapserver-users/

Note that this is just a mirror of mapserver-users and it's not possible
to post via the Yahoo Groups interface.  And BTW I am not promoting the
use of Yahoo Groups as a viable alternative, this mirror was setup in
the days when the Yahoo advertizing didn't seem as annoying to me as it
is today.
