Hi,
We try to connect to a Oracle Spatial 9.2010 with Win32 MapServer 4. But
we get the following error, passing the capabilites-request
http://Server-URL/scripts/mapserv.exe?map=d:/mapserver/oracle.map&request=capabilities&wmtver=1.0.0:
loadLayer(): Unknown identifier. Parsing error near (@):(line 53)
The according line 53 in the map-file is
CONNECTION user/pass@db
That is nearly (user/pass[@]) what I copied from the MapServer documentation.
Connecting via sql+ (oracle client) with "user/pass@db" is running properly.
Up to now I could not find any example connection string on the internet
(google, user list), but I will continue to search. As this is a quite
urgent matter, I additionally post this e-mail!
Thank you very much for any help!!
Benjamin Thelen
