[Mapserver-users] HTML legends: are there FOOTER and HEADER elements?

for HTML legends. But I figured it's worth asking... Some 4.0 features

don't seem to be fully documented (for example, KEYIMAGE).

I followed Steve Lime's suggestion and filed a bug about this, but then

it occurred to me that footer and header legend elements would do what
I 
want.
