If the number of charts to draw is relatively small then you could use
the shapefileObj to read the attributes, then JPGraph or OWTChart
(http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/webtools/owtchart/) to create the chart
images, and finally the PHP MapScript function pasteImage() to paste the
chart image at a given location on top of the map image.
