[Mapserver-users] layer STATUS as CGI parameter (SOLVED)

There is a subtle difference in how the URL parameters are created, which
I missed.  I was looking for 'layer=LAYERNAME' not 'map_LAYERNAME=ON'
which map_ is used to modify mapfile parameters through the URL.
