[Mapserver-users] How do I make a ploygon layer transparent

TRANSPARENCY 75
Put that within your LAYER object. Value is a percentage, with 100 being
totally visible and 0 being invisible. Only supported by newer versions of
Mapserver (3.6+ ???).
