[Mapserver-users] using Frames - basic question (simple)

I've checked quite a few past questions on frames but I'm looking for a
simpel application. Take the demo for example - how do I change the
demo.html to include two frames. One for the mapserver and the other a
normal html or ASP page. What do I place in my map file/ I've done a little
on frames before but have'nt had luck embedding the mapserver into one frame
of a multi-frame page.
