[Mapserver-users] Create .map from GIS

Hello,
    I'm new with mapserver. I have some GIS information from my city, Buenos 
Aires (Argentina) and want to use it. My problem is that i don't know how to 
create the .map file. There is any app that do this for my? How i do know 
which file from the GIS i must to use in the .map file?
