[Mapserver-users] Compiling win32 binary

Hi list,

I have downloaded and unzipped all the packages needed to compile mapserver. The help file is not clear on what to do next. Do I need to compile all of the other packages before compiling mapserver. Also the help file is out of date, is there a newer one kicking around with postgis compiling built in?
